Description

Through team conflict coaching I support you in resolving conflict situations within a team, between teams or between colleagues. Depending on the situation encountered, I will define with the management a process integrating mediation and team coaching tools and I will be the guarantor of the implementation of this process. The objective is for stakeholders to find lasting solutions which will be formalized in a way also chosen by the people, for example in a charter.
